Bachelors of Fine Arts - Foundation Course

The First-Year Course is designed to be a Foundation course, or a Preparatory Course. It consists of the basics of Painting, Sculpture, and Graphic Communications. The purpose is to prepare and familiarize the prospective students to be able to qualify for the bachelor's degree course with either as a major in PAINTING, SCULPTURE, GRAPHIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRADITIONAL NEPALI PAINTING, or TRADITIONAL NEPALI SCULPTURE.

Throughout the First-Year, the students are expected to acquire baseline knowledge and elementary practical experiences in the elements and fundamentals of drawing, painting, printmaking, graphic design, and modeling.
