The eight distinguised women who have made contribution to their professional fields were honored with ASHTAAMTRIKAA SAMMANA on Internation Women's Day 2025. These women include: Ms. Sabitri Singh Chitrakar (Nursing), Ms. Bhagirathi Shrestha (Literature), Ms. Meera Rana (Music), Ms. Kumari Kamala Rai (School Education), Prof. Dr. Anjana Singh (Microbiology), Ms. Erina Tamrakar (Painting), Ms. Menuka Thapa (Social Service) and Ms. Shailaza Singh (Audio-visual Media). These esteemed women received citations from the chief guest Ms. Sunita Dangol, Deputy Mayor of Kathmandu Metropilatan City.
